Together we studied several types of test forms and on the basis of a series of anonymous beers we investigated whether we subsequently, through our notes, could recognize these beers back and put them in their proper position.

We organized our Day(s) of the Old Gueuze slightly earlier this year to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Streekproducten Centrum (Halle), for which a huge local market was installed in the parking lot.
And yes, it was cozy, both in the blazing sun (on Saturday) as under a moody sky (on Sunday). Those who were not there were wrong!

At the invitation of Armand Debelder himself, Wednesday 24th of August 2016 we went to visit – in exclusive preview! – the brand new Lambik-O-Droom (Lot) of 3 Fonteinen Brewery, still under construction at that moment.
