As is an annual tradition, De Lambikstoempers go out for a good meal just before their Beer Weekend. For the 2022 edition, we chose the Taverne Diôle (Rue de Condé 62 in 7971 Basècles), attached to Brasserie des Carrières – Diôle in Basècles.
A setting sun, good food, good beer and, to conclude, a proposal from the brewer for a tour of the brewery… it turned out to be a beautiful evening! 😎🌙

– Pate with Diôle Ambrée, toast and confit of onions

– Gambas stew, with Diôle Triple
Main dish
– Pork cheeks with Diôle Rosée, fries and salad
OR
– Salmon Flemish style (grey shrimp, Diôle Blonde and leek) with fries and salad
Dessert
– Panna cotta with Diôle Rosée

– ‘Fondant de chocolat blanc’ and Diôle sorbet
